URBAN 2019, with Think Tank Photo the prize value goes up to € 9,000
We are honored to have for the third time in a row the American company Think Tank Photo among our technical partners for URBAN. In their factory based in Santa Rosa (California), they produce bags, backpacks and other solutions designed to transport the equipment of a professional photographer. Their products, created with great attention to details and appropriate for all circumstances, are the result of a collaborative effort between product designers and photographers. This year too, Think Tank Photo will give away bags and backpacks to all the winners for a total value of € 1,000.
We have also decided to change the one-night stay during Trieste Photo Days to a two-night stay for all the winners. So, if you are not afraid, you can already plan to leave on Friday, October 25 and Saturday, October 26, 2019!
And, as we said, the prize value goes up to € 9,000 also thanks to our already confirmed partners: Stroppa, Polish company that raffles 50 of its handmade rope camera straps, and Blow Photo, with 27 issues of its prestigious magazine.
We would kindly remind you that the Early Bird offer expires on March 31, and you can register until May 31, 2019.
Around the end of August, about fifteen of the photographers that will reach the final will receive the official invitation to the festival, where they will find out their places in the rankings during the award ceremony. Martin Parr will personally give the award to the winner! During those days, you will enjoy with us the winners’ collective exhibition, the gala dinner with Martin Parr and Nick Turpin and, of course, all the events related to what this year is going to be a sensational festival!
